Eagle Bay and Bunker Bay sit about ten minutes north of our Dunsborough salon. Much of what we do for this stretch is holiday and occasion work: a colour before a season down here, a blow-dry before dinner, hair and make-up for a wedding at one of the bays.

Getting here from Eagle Bay
The salon is at 236 Naturaliste Terrace in Dunsborough, upstairs above Ghanda and Evolution Surf. From Eagle Bay it is south on Eagle Bay Road and then Naturaliste Terrace, about 10 km and ten minutes. From Bunker Bay allow a few minutes more.
Through January and the school holidays this road carries everybody heading to the beach, so leave earlier than the map suggests. If you are down for a holiday and want an appointment in that window, book well ahead: summer is when both chairs fill first.

Do you have a hair salon in Eagle Bay?
No. Astair Organic Hair and Make-up has two salons, one in Dunsborough and one in Margaret River. Dunsborough is about ten minutes south of Eagle Bay, at 236 Naturaliste Terrace.
Can I get an appointment while I am down on holiday?
Yes, and it is worth booking well ahead if you are coming over summer or the school holidays, when both salons fill first. Booking online shows you what is actually free rather than leaving it to a phone call.
Do you do wedding hair and make-up at Bunker Bay and Eagle Bay?
Yes. We work on site across the Capes region, including the venues at both bays. The trial runs at the Dunsborough salon beforehand so the look is settled well ahead of the day, and we come to you on the morning itself.
How far is the Dunsborough salon from Eagle Bay?
Around 10 km, roughly ten minutes down Eagle Bay Road and Naturaliste Terrace. Allow longer over summer and the school holidays, when the road carries the beach traffic.
